Gusting winds kicking up dust and dirt does more than just cause poor visibility for drivers.

The mysterious Estelline billboard man has surfaced, but, alas, no name yet. Last week I wrote a column about a billboard at the edge of Estelline that mocks the small town as a notorious speed trap.

The Texas Rangers and the State Fire Marshal's Office are investigating an overnight fire at the Estelline City Hall building, authorities said Wednesday.
