Taxes go up soon in seven S.D. cities

Taxes are going up or changing in seven South Dakota cities on July 1. The Department of Revenue and Regulation says Big Stone City , Bonesteel and Estelline are increasing their general sales and use tax rate from 1 percent to 2 percent.
