<![CDATA[Allison Leigh Daniel of Greenwood, SC and Benjamin Fredrick Hammett of West Monroe, La. were married at an outdoor ceremony at 4:00 p.m. on April 27, 2013 at the Hill House in Abbeville, SC. The Doctor Reverend Travis Agnew of Greenwood officiated. Wedding music was presented by pianist, Anne Brewer of Greenwood and vocalists, Jamie Turnage of Durham, NC and Jodie Ouzts of Greenwood. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Grady Daniel of Greenwood. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Grady Daniel of Iva, SC and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Henry Rawl Jr. of Lexington, SC. She is a 2009 graduate from Lander University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a 2013 graduate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. The groom is the son of Dr. Donald Kendrick Hammett and Ms. Alice Pennington Hammett of West Monroe. He is the grandson of Mrs. Syble Hammett and the late Mr. Donald F. Hammett and the late Mr. and Mrs. Guy S. Pennington, all of West Monroe. He is a 2005 graduate from University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation and a 2011 graduate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. He is employed with Advanced Medical Physical Therapy in Florida. The Matron of Honor was Lisa Daniel Payne of Greenwood, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Catherine Heath Baschon of Columbia, SC, Karlie Sheppard Ingram of Vienna, Ga., both friends of the bride, and Sarah Hammett Cox, of West Monroe, sister of the groom. Honorary bridesmaids were Amanda Allison Housand, of Ekaterinburg, Russia and Sarah Emily Turnbull of DeLand, Fla., both friends of the bride. Flower girls were Holland Audrey Hammett and Harper Syble Hammett of West Monroe, nieces of the groom. The best man was Matthew Creighton Hammett of West Monroe, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Daniel Christopher Hammett of West Monroe, brother of the groom, Jordan Wesley Taylor of League City, Tex., Johnathan Parker Coon of Panama City, Fla. and James Kenneth Joles of Dallas, Tex., all friends of the groom. Ringer bearer was Sullivan Lawrence Epps, of Columbia, cousin of the bride. Ushers were John Elliott Epps, Thomas Rawl Epps, and Henry James Cole, all of Columbia, and cousins of the bride. Escorted by her father, the bride wore an elegant ivory Allure Couture lace gown. The romantic silhouette featured cap sleeves and a v-shaped neckline that met at the empire waistline with a delicate beaded pendant and a ruche satin band. The elegance continued to the keyhole shaped back and flared skirt with buttons all the way down the back skirt to the chapel length train. The bride wore a one tier elbow length veil that featured a scalloped edge embellished with delicate beads and crystals. She carried a spring bouquet including her grandmothers' handkerchiefs. Program and registry attendants were Brett Summer Daniel of Durham, NC and Brooke Leighann Daniel of Iva, SC., cousins of the bride. A reception hosted by the bride's parents was held under the pavilion and trees at the Hill House. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at The Village Grill in Abbeville. After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Florida.

Morris and Trisler

<![CDATA[Andrea and Chris Morris of Rayville, La. are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Olivia Marie, to Reed Morrow Trisler, son of Kym and Rayland Trisler of Rayville. The bride- elect is the granddaughter of Linda and Travis Rawls of Epps, La. and Ann and Orie Gene Morris of Rayville. Reed is the grandson of Laquetta and Emmett Brown Jr. of Rayville and Brenda and Ray Trisler of Start, La. and the late Barbara Rae of West Monroe, La. Olivia is a graduate of Riverfield Academy and is employed with Morris Veterinary Hospital. Reed is a graduate of Riverfield Academy and currently attends ULM pursuing a degree in finance. The couple will marry at 2 p.m. on June 8, 2013 at First Baptist Church, Rayville.
