West Memphis killings top story _ 18 years later
The release of three men who entered contradictory guilty pleas in the deaths of three West Memphis Cub Scouts has been selected as the top news story in Arkansas during 2011, easily surpassing the violent weather and rumbling earthquakes that roiled the state during 2011.
