Closed NH paper mill sold for $100,000
The closed Wausau Paper mill in Northumberland, N.H., has been sold to a Connecticut-based auction and appraisal firm, but there is no word on future plans.

Worth $30,000,000? For a sec, I thought the article was trying to say the guy got ripped off by paying $100,000 for some run down old a+s+s papermill

Anybody ever hear of taxes ,the less value the less taxes for roads schools ,and other programs so that why people Nh should care .CT has slums because of who care attitude.TNB

Real estate in this state is WAY over "evaluated"....and so is the damn tax "expectation" from it all.........
