Two Elmont men remained in jail Monday after a July Fourth altercation at a Franklin Square restaurant in which they smashed beer bottles against the heads of two other men.

According to detectives, Keith Siegel, 47, of Melbourne Road in Russell Gardens, is described as a white male, 5-feet-7 and 185 to 200 pounds, with brown eyes, short gray wavy hair, wearing glasses and a blue bicycle helmet.
