Elmira Elks honor fallen soldier's mother

The mother of a soldier from Elmira who died in Iraq on May 8 was presented with a Medal of Valor on Wednesday by the Elmira Elks Lodge 62 during a ceremony at the lodge, at Gray and Baldwin streets.
