New Court For Theft Against Alleged Imposter
Baltimore County prosecutors have filed to move the robbery case against an alleged armored car guard imposter from District Court to Circuit Court.
Prosecutors cited the complexity of the case for the decision. A trial date for 38-year-old Robert Flanagan has not been set.
The York County, Pa., man was originally scheduled to go on trial Monday in District Court.
Flanagan is accused of taking $72,000 in deposits from a Target store in Baltimore County in October, and faces a separate trial in Howard County for the similar theft of nearly $200,000 from an Ellicott City bank. Read more
