A Kanawha County grand jury has indicted 23 people, including five people accused of recent murders.

Though a judge quashed a subpoena for a Kanawha County woman's entire medical history in a personal injury suit she filed against WVU Tech, he ordered she'll still have to turn over records related to treatment for her alleged injury.

The following people applied for marriage licenses in Kanawha County between June 12 and 26: Matthew Scott Mullins, 22, and Sarah Marie Adkins, 22, both of Elkview.
