One man is dead following an accident in Pike County, Ky. Wednesday night. According to Kentucky State Police, Stephen Balo, 23, was driving a dirt bike along State Route 460 at Draffin around 8:30 p.m. when he hit a Chevy Baretta, and then collided with a Pontiac van.
