Well, i think that I have to agree with Quietly-loud. The money that is circulating around town may be difficult to spot, but the problems at the police station aren't. I saw this video on the news when it was aired the first time and was appalled with the behavior of the people that I am expecting to keep my children safe.

Station 7: I think that if you happen to be one of 'Elkhart's Finest' that you should have had your screen-name to 'anonymous'. I wouldn't want to be associated with this fiasco. I am sure that there is more to that video that wasn't caught on the security cameras. There is no telling what on-duty police officers are doing during their shift if these are the things that are caught. As an aside, please leave children out of your comments as there are quite a few of 5th-graders that parented by Elkhart citizens.
