Elida proposes 3 percent increase in water rates
Elida Village Council adopted the second reading Tuesday of a proposed ordinance that would increase water rates by about 3 percent beginning in mid-July. The increase would amount to 26 cents a month for the average residential customer using 1,500 gallons a month or less.
