Husband and wife owners allegedly ran the scam for 10 years.
A grand jury in U.S. District Court in Oklahoma City has indicted a husband and wife who own an Elgin trucking company, accusing them of stealing some of the military jet fuel they hauled to Oklahoma military installations for the past decade.
