DASO investigating human remains found near corn maze on Picacho Avenue

So that's what it was. I saw Law Enforcement and the yellow tape there as I went to Pic Quik around 2PM.

Now it will forever be the Haunted Corn Maze...Next movie out of Las Cruces.

Zombies, Fraternity and Sorority preps, a few guys from the football team and some cheerleaders.

Pistol Pete is pretty scary looking, let's give away the ending and say the mascot did it to some evil teacher or the cadaver from his biology class. The makings for the best B-grade movie ever. if I ever heard of one.

Forget dressing up to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show! Throw on your chaps and press on moustaches! Enjoy the show!

I'm only speculating. There was gunfire farther west of maze a few weeks ago at midnight. My first thought was that cartel made a hit. Truck sped off. Could have returned and thrown the body in corn. Cartel knows tall crops make good hiding place. DASO already knows about this incident. Truck is 2 door bronze/brown with unusual sound of engine (almost like a boat).

I don't believe it would be 'skeletal remains' in this time frame unless just bones were dropped.

There are a few late 70's model pick-up trucks around town that fit your description. Mostly Chevys and a Ford. They sure don't build them like they used to.

maybe somebody really did get lost in the maze.
