Crime Beat: Two arrested, charged in robbery

Police Chief Johnny Morris said Carmelo Ramirez Ponce, 32, of Electra, and James Robert Herpeche, 36, 2000 block of Collins in Wichita Falls, were charged with aggravated robbery after going to a woman's apartment at the Electra Village Apartments.
