EL library plans seven upcoming programs
Elbow Lake's Thorson Memorial Library will host a series of seven programs called "Building Common Ground: Community, Civility and Compassion." The library is one of 30 public libraries nationwide receiving grants to host the series developed by the American Library Association and the Fetzer Institute.
