Way to go Mr. Bob Cook. You can tell them how military expansion has no effect on the environment. Just like you tell El Paso. They'll love it.

Guam is awfully small, perhaps that's why they want to get ideas from him. But it definitely will affect their environment. Looks like a postage stamp from the air.

Improving access to higher education, better healthcare for everyone and healthier enviroment , as well as revitalizing the city is how to develop and economy. You have to bring the drivers that employ more people not just expansion without improving people's wages. And people shouldn't be prices gouges in rental or housing purchaes if there isn't anything left for people to put into the economy (except make robber barrons wealthy). This is what is hurting EL Paso and keeping it in the feudal ages. When people's wages improves along with output of industries (health, education, business, enviroment) you have expansion. You can't just expand with construction and nothing to support it (human capitol).
Mayor Cook (and his admin)gets it hope the econ dev. gets it and the and old school trouble maker dems &republican politi burro's get it. There has to be a effort in comprehensive management to move the city FORWARD and be better advocates to places like Guam.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Gemini

It's a busy day and you've got quite enough to do without having to cope with people clamoring for your attention and likely to go into a huff if they don't get it. Is this person feeling neglected because you're busily occupied elsewhere or are there other reasons for their demanding mood? Simply giving them a big hug could make all the difference to their behavior.
