Judge it!
Disappointing and disgusting. This is the second close friend of mine that has been murdered and the defendants go free (so to speak). Will we the public ever know all the facts on this case? Doubt it.
Gabriel was a good son, father, and citizen. He worked hard and lived a full life. My sincere condolences to his family.

Man gets probation in murder, aggravated assault
A 25-year-old man pleaded guilty Thursday to murder and aggravated assault, but he may not spend any time in prison.

This is truly a disgrace.....People that are caught shoplifting for food get 10 years in prison, just today im reading an article a man that was with a underage girl gets 5 years in prison but what is wrong with a picture

This guy murdered and was charged with aggravated assault and he just got a slap on the hand?? What the hell were the judge and DA thinking?? Come election time those are to names that should be remembered and not chosen.
