Wow, its really great that the Breeze prints these little community notices as news.

Remember the VFW picnic last month, or the Chabad get together or Hope Chapel's big to do or the ....

Oh you don't, actually neither do I.

Why oh why did this one rate special handling? Is this another example of "Advocate Journalism"?(Extra points for anyone who got the pun!)

Oh for crying out loud, it's only a posting of a press release that I imagine that they do for any and every group in the community on a daily basis. The only reason for your unnecessary hostility is that this was put out by a group you don't agree with. The only reason you don't remember those other stories is that you chose not to read them. Just look back in the paper's archives and if these groups sent out a press release about those events, it's bound to be there somewhere. You're looking to be outraged at something there is no reason to be outraged about and you're right about one thing, you're far from being cute.
