All 5-year-old Aubrey Sawyer knew was that Baby Michael needed help.

"Mommy, is this baby sick?" she asked her mother, Rhonda, after a flyer came in the mail to their Effort home seeking help for the 11-month-old baby born with a life-threatening muscular illness.
