KCK Man Charged With Abusing 10-Month-Old Baby

A Kansas City, Kan., man is charged with abusing a 10-month-old baby. Wyandotte County prosecutors charged Anderson Cheffen, 31, with one count of abuse of a child, according to a press release from the Wyandotte County District Attorney's Office.
