Dog trying to protect owner bites cop

An Edgewater police officer took one for the public when he was bitten by a dog trying to protect its ill owner. via Daytona Beach News-Journal Online

I am happy that it is understood the dog was not being malicious. Congrats to the officer for showing restraint. I'll bet he is a dog lover. |
