A state representative and a town selectman are vying for the chance to be the Republican candidate in the race for the state Senate District 20.

By Honora Perkins Edgecomb residents overwhelmingly approved an adult entertainment ordinance at their annual town meeting May 19.

A traffic accident on Rt. 1 in Edgecomb sent a local man to the hospital and temporarily slowed traffic Monday afternoon.
