A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for southeastern St. Tammany Parish as a line of strong thunderstorms moves through the metro New Orleans area Monday, the National Weather service said.

Tropical Storm Lee prompts tornado, flash flood warnings for St....

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for southeastern St. Tammany parish until 8:45 a.m. At 7:51 a.m., meteorologists were tracking a possible tornado 8 miles north of Kiln, Miss., moving northwest at 35 mph.
