As someone who has the inside track to this case, unfortunately it looks as if a young man might do time for a crime he didn't commit. Yes, they were both drinking and it actually looks like SHE was the one driving. Her autopsy reports shows injuries typically sustained by a driver, plus both their bodies were thrown from the vehicle and her body landed in an area that would coincide with the driver...no one can override simple physics and that will eventually come out in court. She didn't deserve to die, but if she was driving, he certainly doesn't deserve to go to jail. They were both drunk and stupid...luckily no one else was killed.
