July 8, 2009 7:18 a.m. A Racine County man found dead after a single motorcycle accident Tuesday has been identified as David Wilburth of Rochester.

Jason H. Andritsch, 27, of 2178 Clark St., No. 7, East Troy, was accused of first-degree reckless homicide and causing great bodily harm to a child in the 2007 death of his 3-week-old daughter, Naomi.

Interstate 43 was shut down Wednesday at Highway 20 in Walworth County due to an accident and highway buckle over both northbound lanes.

Northbound Interstate 43 is closed at state Highway 20 in the Village of East Troy while investigators try to determine if a motorcycle crash was caused by buckled pavement, officials said.
