center, then stop using it and build another one.
The whole emissions testing thing is so stupid. We
live right here down wind of St. Louis!!!! DUH!
Belleville is not known for smart ideas and we can all see why now.

Metro East drivers will have to go to different vehicle emissions testing centers than before under a new arrangement by the state that closed five area testing sites. via STLtoday
