Three towns in Rutland County will be able to move forward with pedestrian safety and recreational projects using Vermont Transportation Enhancement Program grants.

In the beautiful and vibrant town of Poultney, Vermont there is an equally vibrant group of passionate writers who meet to celebrate one of their town's famous former residents: "Horace Greeley, founder of the New York Tribune, suffragist, opponent of slavery, and man of letters, learned the newspaper trade in East Poultney, Vermont.

EVENTS Student recital The students of Minister of Music Rip Jackson will perform vocal solos, duets, trios and quartets from jazz, classical, pop and Broadway repertoire at 7 p.m. today in the Grace Church Sanctuary.
