In Columbiana County Municipal Court Wednesday Catherine S. Gamble, 58, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $250, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for reckless operation.
Powell was cited for right of way. - Kalene C. Worth, 20, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was westbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 8:40 p.m. Saturday and went off the left side into a tree.
