Bruce Clark is a man easily identifiable as Everyman, one whom people see as an ordinary individual with whom we can easily identify.

Two 16-year-old youths of Jamestown were charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. Officers were patrolling school zones on the south side of the city when they stopped to talk to three male youths who were allegedly acting suspiciously within the band shell at Allen Park.

Erie County sheriff's deputies charged four people late Saturday and early Sunday with driving while intoxicated, beginning at 7:27 p.m. in Springvile with the arrest of 23-year-old Nicole V. Fisher of East Otto.

He was born June 2, 1947, in Town of East Otto, N.Y., the son of the late Nelson and Yeulla Coppings.
