ESSEX COUNTY - Authorities seized more than $13,000 in drugs and eleven firearms during a series of arrests that took place over a five-day span, officials said.

Two were arrested separately on warrants in Butler Sunday. At about 2:07 a.m., Butler police were on routine patrol on High Street when they conducted a random license plate inquiry on a 2001 Nissan and allegedly discovered an outstanding warrant for the owner, Gerald Debonte, 28, of Bloomingdale.

EAST ORANGE - A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of any of five individuals who approached or were responsible for the sexual assault of an East Orange teenager, authorities said.
