A man and his horse were killed Friday night when they were hit by an intoxicated driver in Grand Prairie, police said.

Most of Tulare's public schools will have graduation ceremonies this week, including: Tulare Union High School on Monday; Tulare Western High School on Tuesday; Los Tules and Cherry Avenue middle schools on Wednesday; Live Oak and Mulcahy middle schools on Thursday.
