Grand list up slightly in East Lyme
The 2012 grand list of taxable properties in town grew slightly, by 0.18 percent, to a net total of $2,050,119,208. Personal property assessments grew by 1.84 percent, to $43,887,499. Real estate assessments rose slightly, by 0.19 percent, to a net total of $1,881,561,539. However, motor vehicle assessments fell by 0.46 percent, to $124,670,170.
