The Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury issued 19 indictments, including four open indictments, during the May session this week.
Fred C. Smith, 88, of East Liverpool died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at his home. Born September 21, 1924 in Hager, WV, a son of the late Leslie M. and Ada Adkins Smith.
