The new wine bar opened Thursday in Clifton Square at 3700 E. Douglas. Started by Clifton Square owner Jo Zakas, it will feature food, wine and jazz music from 4 to 11 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
Emergency crews are on the scene of a crash on East Douglas. Police say the driver hit a telephone pole and then a storefront.
Pot, pipes, preservation on town meeting list
