It is about time. New blood and a for sure change. Mayor Brewer and his cabinet, the majority of them need to go. He (Mayor Brewer) has individuals who do not qualify for the job, such as Samuel Lockhart jr. He spends many hours chasing skirts undercover rather than doing his job.
