Wells Fargo Bank appeals Cleveland Housing Court order to bring houses up to code

Wells Fargo Bank is appealing last week's order from Cleveland Housing Court Judge Raymond Pianka that requires the company to repair or demolish substandard homes it owns to comply with city codes.
