Researchers test special blue-white fluorescents to see if they help patients sleep better

Blue fluorescent lights, at left, manufactured at General Electric's Nela Park campus in East Cleveland, have now replaced standard yellow fluorescents in a daytime recreation area at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Brecksville .
