Power back on in Eagle Harbor, Aquasco
Approximately 127 homes in Eagle Harbor and Aquasco were left without power Wednesday afternoon until Thursday morning, after a dump truck struck a transmission tower that damaged power lines, cutting power in the surrounding area, according to power companies PEPCO and SMECO.
Only Road Through Town Closed After Tower Falls
A high-voltage power tower is dangling over the road in Eagle Harbor. A steel tower fell over Eagle Harbor Road after being struck by a dump truck in the town of Aquasco.
