Apple Valley man finds glass, wires in topsoil

An Apple Valley man got a big surprise after spreading topsoil on his lawn. Perry Altendorfer spread 19 bags of Scott's Premium topsoil and found shards of glass, pieces of wire and plastic inside the dirt.
