Seatbelt credited with saving woman in rollover

A 19-year-old Durham woman rolled a car several times on Highway 70 north of Oroville, but police say a seatbelt saved her from being fatally injured.

Glad she is Ok and wise to wear her seat belt... Hope Hannnah wasn't using her phone or texting at the time.

No, you read that right. Several people use the left lane of Highway 70 through Oroville. That is what the two-lane highway system allows. It is sometimes also referred to as the "fast lane", the "passing lane" or the "Through-traffic lane".

Obviously some people have never driven hwy 70! Thanks for making clarification for the person above!

I do feel dumb.... I think of Hwy 70 as the Feather River Hwy... I had a blank about it going thru Oroville or all the way to Sacramento for that matter.... duh...
