The estate of a 61-year-old Dupree man killed in July when his motorcycle was struck by a car in northwest South Dakota has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit against the driver.

SD Man Pleads Guilty To Assau...

An 18-year-old South Dakota has pleaded guilty to assaulting a federal officer. U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says Maka Akan Inaji Frazier, of Dupree, pleaded guilty to assaulting and intimidating a Ziebach County Sheriff on June 3. Prosecutors say Frazier struck the sheriff's patrol car during a pursuit, causing it to go into a ditch.
