Queen: Here's a question many commuters have doubtless pondered: Can a driver lawfully make a right turn on red from a right-turn-only lane that isn't the far right lane? Here's a specific example: Commuter: As part of my daily commute I drive east on Dublin Boulevard, going through the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and San Ramon Road.
