Census participation rates vary -4/2/2010,
No fooling, Dresden residents are serious about the 2010 census. With a first-round deadline date of Thursday -- April Fool's Day -- the tiny Decatur County community of Dresden was tops in northwest Kansas in terms of how many people have returned their census questionnaires.
