Pembina County officials say the Red River bridge east of Drayton, which had been closed since early April due to flooding, has reopened.

FARGO, N.D. A Drayton man accused of molesting a 7-year-old girl and producing child pornography has pleaded guilty to two charges.

"For one month we have watched high water," said Rev. Tom Puffe, pastor of dual parishes, Trinity Lutheran Church in Adrian, N.D., and Trinity Lutheran Church, Lamoure, N.D. "This is troubling to people's hearts," Puffe said.
