It just sounds off. Wonder who he knows to pull-off a walk. Well, corruption is tne name of the game. Apparently the dead guy doesn't have friends in high places.

Also interesting the district attorney isn't citing the dead guys past criminal record. Could it be because there isn't one?

It's just too creepy. Justice takes a dive.

I know it sounds insane, but I know that this kid was running for his life. What would you do if 3 to 4 men were beating on you and trying to pull you out of your car and kill you???? The only escape is push on the gas...When your in that state. If a man could chop off his own leg to set him self free. Put yourself in his shoes. It's not good to talk about the dead, but the man that was killed had a rap sheet and had just been release from jail..Justice has been served. And all you pray to God that this doesnt ever happend to you or your kids...I just hope that Mr. Lorios finds peace. It's just bad all around no one wins. And what about the other men fighting why are they not getting charged with assult? "That's the question"

If he doesnt try to pull the guy from his car he would be alive. Let's put the blame where it belongs. Street justice never fails !!

What I meant to say is that there is one. Alex Copeland does not have one.

I'm glad this matter got resolved. Let's not let Mr. Larios's loss of life go in vein. Drinking and fighting is not a good mixture. Drink and be merry, not stupid.

If a person is trying to kill you and you kill that person on accident in self defense would you feel that you deserve to be in jail? open your eyes. Put yourself in this young mans position.

DUI charge??? Copeland turned himself in the next day! Why would he come in drunk to turn himself in.Obviously a DUI charge is the least of his problems when he was facing a murder charge.

Ever watch cops? Alcohol is involved in almost all of the calls. This is no different. Maybe we should legalize marijuana bars and this kind of stuff would not happen. Peace brother.
