This is not a loophole. Its the law, the way it was intended to be for years and years until some Judge decided NOT to follow the law a few years ago. The Supreme Court was simply telling the Judges they must follow the law. There is no outrage and no loohole.

Driving 90 minutes after you were arrested and your mommy drove you home is so egregious that the penalty should be worse. Odgen is peeing in his pants for all his drunk clients. Hopefully one of them won't crash into him on one of their drunken rides.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Scorpio

Take it slowly today otherwise you'll be almost guaranteed to lose your temper and make yourself very unpopular in the process. If someone is annoying you, you won't need any encouragement to start a row because you're looking for outlets for your current ire and irritation. OK, but do your best to direct your anger at the person who deserves it and not at innocent bystanders.
