I agree, a putter could be messy and not good for really swinging.

actually, most days I work in a very "quiet" (I won't say boring) office, and I listen while I am at work. Atlanta radio is horrible and talk radio makes me angry, so one of my friends suggested the scanner...and, btw, I get plenty of "living" when I am off the clock :)

I've seen some really insane putters in the last few years. They have a huge head on them now and look like something NASA pioneered. I would surely not use a good composite shaft driver or wedge, so really a putter is a pretty good choice.

However, if you are dragging your arse on the course you should expect to be passed up, especially on a public course. It's not the freakin masters you fool. Anyone who gets violent about someone passing them on a golf course clearly needs a strait jacket.

This couple showed amazing restraint. My wife and I would have broken a bone or two and left him screaming on the green. Chase me down with a golf club and expect to get beaten with it till you are no longer a threat! FOOL
