Hybrid cell and wind turbine tower may be in offing for Dorset

The Vermont Telecommunications Authority is beginning an initiative that will see more than 200 wind turbine cell towers installed throughout the state and there is a small possibility that one of those towers could be located in Dorset.

Where is the piece of property that was registered in Dorset? Shouldn't that have been mentioned in the article? Did I miss something??
