Tom Bean got a new facelift/paint job on the Dorchester Grain bins recently. Sherry E. Howard worked with David Smith to get the bin painted to be inline with the newly painted water tower and new Tom Bean Volunteer Firestation.

Mayor pushes for proposed toll road to pass through Gunter
The mayor of Gunter wants the proposed Dallas Tollway to pass through his town. Mayor Mark Millar says the roadway could open near the Dorchester water tower in Gunter, but right now he says Collin and Denton county leaders are proposing other alignments that would create a different route for the toll road.
